1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for all items purchased from our website within the United States.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. Return Process:

- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the return process.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Return Reasons and Associated Policies:
a) Client Responsibility (Remorse):
- If you experience a change of heart or are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within an unlimited timeframe from the date of purchase.
- We kindly request that you cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
- Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
b) Defective Item:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We request that you notify us within a reasonable time frame from the date of receiving the product.
- For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and proceed with either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee, if applicable.
4. Timeframe for Returns:
- For returns due to client responsibility (remorse), there is no specific deadline. However, we encourage you to initiate the return process as soon as possible to expedite the refund.
- For returns due to a defective item, please notify us within a reasonable time frame from the date of receiving the product.
5. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
- If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Re-Stocking Fee:
- We do not charge any re-stocking fee for returned items. You will receive a full refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
7. Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as per the instructions provided in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Order cancellation:
Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
